The zaratan is an enormous, passive turtle found in the warm currents of Zakhara’s seas, in the Al-Qadim campaign setting. Thankfully, the zaratan spends most of its existence in a profoundly deep slumber. The shell of a zaratan (plural, zaratani) looks like a sloped, rocky mound several hundred feet in diameter. The zaratan can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The zaratan regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. The zaratan makes one stomp attack. The zaratan moves up to its speed. Spit (Costs 2 Actions).
